It is free and available in several languages. It raises awareness about mental health and supports integration.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;H\u00f4pitaux Universitaires de Gen\u00e8ve&#8221; (HUG) have developped mobile applications <em>in french\u00a0 <\/em>to answer various medical questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hug-ge.ch\/application-mobile\/infokids\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;InfoKids&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hug-ge.ch\/application-mobile\/mon-enfant-est-malade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Mon enfant est malade&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hug-ge.ch\/application-mobile\/smarthug\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Smart HUG&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The University of Geneva has developped three mobile applications to help quit smoking, alcohol use and cannabis use.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stop-tabac.ch\/fr\/application-stop-tabac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Stop-tabac&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stop-alcool.ch\/fr\/applications-stop-alcool\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"size-408eJzz9HPyjwAABGYBgQ\"><span lang=\"en\">&#8220;Stop-alcool&#8221;<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stop-cannabis.ch\/les-app-gratuites-stop-cannabis-ch-pour-iphone-android\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Stop-cannabis&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.migesplus.ch\/fr\/sui\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sui SRK app<\/a> offers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>a wealth of information on everyday topics<\/strong> such as finding housing or a job, family reunification, the asylum process, or the healthcare system;<\/li>\n<li><strong>resources to promote psychological self-care<\/strong>, such as breathing and relaxation exercises to cope with stress, difficult emotions, chronic pain, or sleep disorders;<\/li>\n<li><strong>personalized psychosocial support via chat<\/strong>: users can ask questions in their own language to specially trained staff. They will direct them to local support services if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hug-ge.ch\/applications-mobiles\/infokids\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">InfoKids<\/a>&#8221; application offers the following services :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tips <\/strong>on the attitude you should adopt when confronted with the childs symptoms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Real time information <\/strong>on the waiting room&#8217;s traffic.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intinerary to reach the pediatric emergency ward<\/strong>. The medical care team is informed upon the childs arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Real-time information about the childs position in the queue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documents describing the therapeutic measures to follow<\/strong>, based on the illness or trauma diagnosed in the pediatric emergency room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hug-ge.ch\/application-mobile\/mon-enfant-est-malade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mon enfant est malade<\/a>&#8221; application provides practical information that allows you to take care of your sick or injured child :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What is the illness ?<\/li>\n<li>How to treat your child ?<\/li>\n<li>What to do in case of an accident ?<\/li>\n<li>When to consult a pediatrician or an emergency center?<\/li>\n<li>When can your child go back to school ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hug-ge.ch\/application-mobile\/smarthug\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SmartHug<\/a>&#8221; application offers the following services :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Information on <strong>consultations<\/strong> and <strong>visiting hours.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><b>Choose the nearest emergency department to consult, <\/b>except vital emergencies, and know the amount of waiting time.<\/li>\n<li>Follow and <strong>contact the HUG<\/strong> on social networks.<\/li>\n<li>Find <strong>information about health<\/strong> and the network in Geneva (on-call pharmacies, home emergencies, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WARNING<\/strong>: These mobile applications can only be used for information purposes and do not provide a medical diagnosis.
