The Association des Habitants du Quartier de la Concorde – Ouches (the Residents Association of the Concorde– Ouches Neighborhood) has the following aims:

  • Cultivate neighborly ties and conviviality in order to form and foster dependable interconnections
  • Promote cultural exchanges between the neighborhood’s residents
  • Preserve the quality of life in the neighborhood
  • Promote synergies between associations and neighborhood groups

AHCQ enjoys special ties with the neighborhoods of St Jean, Châtelaine and Libellules.
