Agora (Aumônerie genevoise œcuménique auprès des requérants d’asile et des réfugiés, or the Genevan Ecumenical Chaplaincy for Asylum Seekers and Refugees) is part of the Genevan Coordination for the defense of the right of asylum. At AGORA you can:
- participate in educational activities, take courses in French, or study computing
- join leisure activities
- talk, ask for advice, seek support, get information
- ask for help with your administrative questions. AGORA works closely with Elisa (volunteers, legal support) and Scribes pour l’asile (administrative paperwork and procedures)
- meet and talk with members of the chaplaincy in the hostels and homes
