Bourse d’Echanges Linguistiques (BEL) – CAGI

With the Bourse d’Échanges Linquistiques (BEL, the Language Exchange) – CAGI, you can take advantage of our free language courses (French or other) but must teach your own language in exchange. This program allows participants to meet new people while practicing a foreign language.
