Have you lost something? Come and see us at Les Objets trouvés (Lost Property Office) with your ID card. If you have lost a document or documents bearing your name (season ticket, subscription card, social insurance card, etc.), you can call us to inquire if your document has been turned in. You will have to pay a fee for each object/document of yours that is turned in (min. 10.- FCH). The fee can be higher according to the value of the returned object.
Have you found a valuable object or important document?
You can leave it at our office during opening hours or in our letterbox. You can also leave the object with the police. If you have found the object in a city bus or streetcar, you can leave it with the driver.
