Located in the heart of the Grottes neighborhood, the Beaulieu Park “proxitraining” course involves 7 wooden posts set up in a 900-m loop. This simple equipment offers local residents the chance to exercise outdoors right in their own neighborhood.
All of these installations dedicated to neighborhood exercise and sports can be used for free seven days a week and are adapted to all, families, seniors, people who work out regularly, athletes.
Kids can play in the playground and cool off in the wading pool at the lower end of the park.
During the summer months, deck chairs are set out near the wading pool for anyone wishing to use them.
