From 21 June to 21 September, Franchises Park has a snack bar, deck chairs, an outdoor summer lounge, and lots of events for the public.
Kids can play and cool off at the park’s playground and wading pool. The playground also has a recreational area designed for skateboarding.
Franchises Park was created on the site of the former horticulture school, and the park still has an interesting collection of conifers, for example. Outdoor exercise equipment that is suited to everyone regardless of their physical condition is available for use free of charge 7 days a week, rain or shine.
