Unité aide d’urgence – Aide aux migrants – Hospice général

The Unité aide d’urgence (Urgent Assistance Department) provides assistance to persons whose asylum request has been subject to a decision of non-consideration and has entered into force, and those whose request has been denied. The goal is to prepare for leaving Switzerland in the best possible conditions. This work is done in close collaboration with the Service d’aide au retour (Return Assistance Service – SAR) of the Genevan Red Cross and the Service étrangers et confédérés (Foreigners and Swiss Citizens Service – SEC).
