The assembly includes 230 modules offering 370 accomodation spaces ranging frome individual studios to 7 rooms equiped with a private kitchen and sanitary facility. The variants of assemblies and uses made possible by an adapted constructive system, will make it possible to accomodate both individuals and families. The project distributes, through a system of passageways, individual and community housing as well as common spaces.
The 2 buildings that compose it have a footprint of approximately 781 m2 each for a total surface of 6839 m2 spread over 5 levels.
