Are you a woman who would like to work out with other women? Do you want to exercise with your child? At the Gym Dames Grand-Saconnex (the Ladies Gym Grand-Saconnex) you can work out, dance, do yoga, fitness training, and other sports with groups of women. Classes are adapted to your age: young people, adults, or seniors.
There are also classes for parents and children and several mixed classes (for women and men).
Price: the 60-minute class = 160 CHF/year + 10 CHF enrollment fee for the first year. The 90-minute class = 240 CHF; 2 60-minute classes = 260 CHF/year, etc.
