Our association provides concrete assistance to the disadvantaged regardless of religious affiliation, nationality, or legal status. Caritas Genève offers a range of services for the city’s inhabitants:
- care and support for the elderly, sick, or terminally ill
- social and legal help
- shops, thrift shops and warehouse sales of second-hand goods and clothing; fair-trade initiatives
- subsidized grocery stores (Plainpalais and Servette)
- career help for troubled or struggling young adults
- clothing for the needy
